Recentemente comprei estes dois carros da serie Battle
Station 5 da Hotwheels incompleto no mercado de pulgas. Aquele com cor cobre
tem o nome Fangore e o vermelho o nome Saber. modifiquei eles para a escala
1:18 na seguinte forma:
Na Fangore eu pintei algumas partes de cor alumino,
coloquei uma poltrona de um Toyota Landcruiser da Yatming, um volante de outro
carro 1:18 e um motor de uma Ferrari F50 da Burago. Em cima do motor Ferrari eu
montei uma peça de uma Alfa Romeo Spider 1932 da Burago.
No Saber eu tirei duas pequenas peças obstruindo o lugar
de assento, levantei um pouco o equipamento para dirigir e coloquei nele uma
peça de instrumentação e suporte de volante de um modelo escala 1:18. O próprio
volante eu montei com fio elétrico. Dentro do modelo tem uma caixa giratória
redonda de cor preta. Cortei os cantos dela um pouco para abrir espaço para
sentar uma figura.
Recently
I bought thee two incomplete models of the Howheels Bettle Station 5 series in
a flea market. The one with copper color is named Fangore and the red one
Saber. I customized them in the following way in order to turn them into scale
1:18:
Some
parts of the Fangore I painted aluminum. I added a seat of a Yatming Toyota
Landcruiser, a steering wheel of another model car and an engine of a Ferrari
F50 made by Burago. On top of the engine I assembled a piece of a Burago model
of a Alfa Romeo Spider 1932.
From the
Saber I cut out two small parts obstructing the seating place and lifted a
little bit the steering equipment The steering wheel is made of a small part of
electric whire. Inside the model there is a round black box that turns over. I
cut the upper edges a little bit in order to be able to put a 1:18 driver into
that box.
